Estimator (Entry-Level)

• Review plans, scope notes, and site notes to prepare takeoffs

• Assist with sourcing and comparing supplier and subcontractor pricing

• Help develop itemized budgets and draft estimates

• Input data with estimating tools or templates provided by our team

• Flag inconsistencies, missing info, or areas that need clarification

• Attend occasional site visits with the team to better understand scope

• Communicate with trades and suppliers to confirm current pricing

• Help maintain a clean and organized quote log for all active opportunities

• Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills

• Confident using spreadsheets, Google Drive, and estimating tools 

• Comfortable reading drawings or learning how to interpret plans 

• Willing to ask questions, take notes, and work through challenges

• Eager to grow into a more senior estimating or project coordinator role

• Background in construction, architecture, or related field is helpful but not required

• Hands-on experience in residential and light commercial estimating 

• Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced team members

• A clear path to grow into higher-responsibility estimating or office roles

• Flexible office and site time depending on project needs 

• Exposure to a wide range of renovation, addition, and commercial project scopes
